Boutique co-living is a purpose-built rooming house: a single dwelling with multiple self-contained rooms rented individually, designed and managed to a far higher standard than a traditional share house.

How do investors participate in a development?

Investors work with AC Property in four ways: buying a completed income-producing property, buying off-plan, partnering on a project as a joint venture, or building on land they already own. Every arrangement is subject to full documentation and eligibility requirements.

Where does AC Property build?

Current projects are in Melbourne and Geelong, Victoria. Completed projects are in Brisbane, Queensland.

Who manages the properties after completion?

AC Property arranges specialist rooming-house management for every completed build, covering tenant placement, compliance and day-to-day operations.
