Built for buyers agents, selling agents, builders and anyone who knows a site worth looking at. AC Property buys as principal and deals directly with the vendor. Your part is the introduction — you never negotiate, appraise or advise on the transaction.

How it works

Three steps. We do the other ninety-seven.

You introduce
Book a 15-minute call and we agree how the introduction works. Then you pass us a name or an address. That is where your part ends.

We do everything
Feasibility, design, approvals, funding, build and delivery. You never negotiate, never advise, and never carry the deal.

You get paid
Your fee is agreed in writing before you introduce anyone, and paid within 14 days of a successful referral. Registered before we make contact, so there is never a question about who introduced whom.

What counts as successful

Two conditions, both documented. The site goes unconditional under a contract of sale to AC Property, and the purchase settles. Neither one on its own.

Introductions are registered in writing before we make contact, valid for six months, first registration wins. We cannot pay on a party already in our contact register. Full terms confirmed on the call, before you introduce anyone.

You pass us a name or an address and step back. We handle every conversation from there. That is what keeps this simple for you.
