• Consent records: the boxes you tick, such as accepting the scope of a Site Check. We keep these as a record of what you agreed to.
• Later, only if you go ahead: for a joint venture or private loan we may need identity documents, title and loan details, and bank details. We ask for these at that point, not before.

How we collect it

Directly from you: through our website forms, call bookings, email, phone, and our social media lead forms. We also receive property details from people who refer a site to us (see below).

Why we collect it

• To assess the property or enquiry you sent us, and to contact you about it.
• To deliver a service you have asked for, such as a Site Check.
• To send you updates you signed up for, such as the VIP List. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet our legal obligations.

If you do not give us the information we need, we may not be able to assess your site or provide the service.

Your property stays confidential

If you send us a site, the details and your reasons stay with us. We do not pass them to buyers, investors or other parties unless you agree first.

Referring someone else's site

If you introduce a site you do not own, only share what the owner is happy for you to share. We will contact the owner directly, and they can ask us to delete their details at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it:

• With the service providers that run this website, such as our form, hosting, booking, email and analytics tools, only so they can do that job.
• With our professional team, such as town planners, builders, valuers and lawyers, only where your project requires it and only with your consent.
